GREAT VALIDATION PROBLEM IN TT

Question

Hello i'm confused because TEMPLATE TOASTER has some serious problems in the validation code, that from seo point of view are serious and should not be there.
In particular in the css, I used the empty template and exported html 5
Artisteer does not present any problem with the default theme, and even with css.
How is it possible? artisteer is very old and does it better?
