(Solved) Cannot start trying TemplateToaster

Question

Hi,

I've downloaded and installed the demo version but at startup, after selecting
"Start from scratch" and a color scheme for a joomla template, pressing "Start" button nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong?

I don't think the start from scratch is available in the demo version.

Yes, as far as I can see it is available in the trial of the professional edition.
But even choosing to start with a template, clicking on one of the templates it shows the message "Preparing for download" and then nothing happens.

The problem has been solved by Support: there was a problem with AppData\Roaming\TemplateToaster permission.

I write this just to help someone with the same problem.
