This project file may be build in a newer version(?)

Question

I just finished building a Drupal template and of course i had to reboot the program once again cause i almost never does want you want it to do and now it just keeps saying that "This project file may be build in a newer version. Please ugrade to a newer version".

I just build it in the same version and now it's not opening anymore. I can't upgrade to version 6 neither.
