A way to stop looping the slideshow?

Is it possible to have three images in the slideshow and have it end on the third image? This would entail stopping the looping action.

I would like the slideshow to end on slide 3 and to have that third slide remain as a still image on the page. In other words, have the slideshow run through only once and then stop.
