Animations for Columns/Cells when in viewport

Question 1

Hi, i noticed around few free wordpress themes.

There are some slight animations whereby the content of a column/cell will be sliding/fading in from left/right etc, only when the content is in direct view (viewport of webbrowser) of the user.
Could this be a feature that could be implemented in TemplateToaster6? It would be a great asset as it will improve the look and feel of a website theme greatly!
