my module not show

i create my position in my tempelate but when i create my module in web site it is not shown?

Hi,

Please make sure that you have published the module and set its menu assignment to all pages, from joomla admin -> Extensions -> Module manager -> edit Module -> Menu Assignment

yes . i did this matter before but it is not shown.
