Bullets not appearing with TT template

Question

Hi,

As you can see in the images, the bullets I inserted do not show when I change my template from one that comes from joomla install to one that is created in TT.
I was using JCK editor at first and thought that maybe that was it but then I reverted to tiny MCE (joomla core editor) same results. On a side note I am running joomla 3.2 if that makes any differences.

Any help is welcomed.
