Block Quote Text not changing after prior edit

Question

I have made some changes to the block quote text and exported wordpress theme and it looked ok, however when I changed the font again in TT the resulting exported theme is still showing the old text font.

The preview within TT looks to have taken the change, it is just the theme output that has not
