Sub menu disappears off the right side of the screen

Question

Our main menu has a number of items so the last menu item is close to right the edge of the content. The sub menus then disappear off the side of the screen if the screen size fits the content. Is there a way to have the sub menu open to the left for the last menu so that the options are visible on the screen?
