Submenu doesn't open mobile devices

Question

Hi,

I hope that some other users also had this problem and could solve it: On mobile devices I cannot open submenu items; as soon as I tap on the top menu, the connected article opens immediately so that I don't have a chance to select the submenu-item.
Any ideas how to fix this?
