Menus and button positions

Good afternoon.
I am having issues with the vertical position of menu items.
If I select Align - Bottom the Active button hangs below the menu bar, if I select align middle the buttons line up correctly on the bottom of the menu bar, BUT buttons that are Hovered or have submenus are aligned above the bottom of the menu bar.
This menu system seem rather clunky. The Menu area Padding option is also MISSING. Margin settings are there, PADDING is missing.

This is what it looks like with Vertical Alignment set to Bottom. It looks fine in TT but in the browser:

Hi,
This could be due to the top margin to menu button. Please set it to zero from Menu Tab -> Menu Button Properties -> Margin.
