TemplateToaster add following Module Positions by default, you can rename/add/delete/modify or customize them or add more anytime:

This is incomplete as the header's position, side positions and foot position are not listed. The question of how to change the header in Joomla has not been addressed. (For example a compact header on pages other than the homepage)

Yes I faced the same question. Could somebody explain how to to that... Means how to change the header in Joomla to get a compact header on other pages than the homepage?

Many thanks ahead

Currently Header is not a module position in TemplateToaster generated templates, however you can try designing two templates with unique header and applying each to desired pages.
