SOLVED: Custom-sized footer issue

Question

This is an apparent problem with footer placement, when the footer is specified as a custom size.

I created a page with 900px width but with a header and footer both 150px high and 1200px wide.

The header and footer both look fine inside of TemplateToaster but when exported, the header is perfectly centered and the footer is shifted flush left.

I re-exported this theme with TT version 3.1.0.5346, and now the footer is centered. Apparently the problem is now solved.
