How to add another sidebar?

How can I add another sidebar? So the template would have two side bars on the right. The one on top of the other.

It would look something like this.

Why do you want a second sidebar on the same side? I am genuinely interested.

Sidebar is for placing widgets and you can place as many widgets as you need in one sidebar.
