Responsive template doesnt seem to work

Question

When looking at my page on a mobile Phone it doesnt show the header and horizontal menu. Only the left sidebar items are displayed.
Also i have got the same kind of problem that a few topics down was discribed: the horizontal menu shows up while not enabled.

I am running the latest trial version.

Add on: the horizontal menu displays at the PC while it is disabled.
When enabled it is not showing at the mobile Phone.

After these problems and no solutions i dicided not to purchase TT, its back to Artisteer for me....
