Anyone know how to create your own background effects?

What do you mean by background effects, can you post here an example screenshot ?

Template Toaster uses .png images to add effects to the background. I have tried creating my own .png files and using them but this does not work.

You can insert your custom effects image as background image in TemplateToaster.
