What are the best sizes for a mobile and tablet header ?
My website header is large so i have to design alternate headers for mobile and tablet.

There is no exact size for tablet and mobile header. You can set header size according to your header content, if your header background image is large so change its height accordingly so that its proportion should not be distorted.
