Options that would be great to have in TemplateToaster

What yould be real nice that TemplateToaster would have, is for the button "SubMenu Item"; that it is added the options: (Texture, Shadow; even "Image Choosen"). So like that if a user create his/her own button skin menu look. The image could be used, that TemplateToaster can use and "stretch" the image; so that it fit the menu. If it's an image, the image could be as jpg, png (for transparency), ai (adobe illustrator "stretching the image") even format "svg" (scalable vector graphic) that can also be stretched.

The other thing that would be nice is that the customers could have the possibility, to make apear on there page a (submenu) that is horizontal and under the principal menu. This when the user is onto a "submenu" page. That this "submenu" could be personalized to make it have the look wanted.

Like the principal menu, the "submenu" have also some indicators as (normal/hover/active). Also if as example the viewer would be into like (HomePage) that have some submenus as: (HomeSubA/HomeSubB/HomeSubC/etc). Its normal that "HomePage" show some look, indicating (active). But if the viewer is into the subpage as: "HomeSubB", that is shown also the state of the horizontal submenu. So logically show the "HomePage" state as (active) and the "HomeSubB" state also (active).

This make the "page viewers" know in what part of the website, wich is know as being an "ergnomic" thing to do.

Here is an image to help you visualize and make better TemplateToaster. Just wanting to help you make better your software and rise your customers. Also i believe that this idea is a good thing for peoples that work for TemplateToaster to do, and at the same time very good; because of the rise of the interest of peoples that it could bring.

Like i have suggested to you in the past to make TemplateToaster can be usable offline. So like that business peoples could meet customers, like in a restaurant meeting and other places; that could have no free wifi; to create with TemplateToaster the webpages for there customers. Rather than a software that need internet to work, and crash in front of the eyes for the customer business meeting.

Well i do care for your customers and care for you that work for TemplateToaster. I'm not paid for all of these great suggestions, but i'm happy to give you these indications free.

Let’s talk about breakpoints and screen preview presets. In ancient times 3 presets/breakpoints were fine. In today’s world with screens between 1920 to 360/320 being popular, 3 presets/breakpoints are not enough. Please update to Bootstrap 5 which now has 5 breakpoints. And make them adjustable. With all due respect, here’s what other popular programs have, your competition. (I have these programs and most since FrontPage.)

One program has 10 adjustable breakpoints available. Another program has 21 presets for: iPhone-iPad-android and tablets to view your page and a built-in slider at the bottom of the workspace. Still another program has 25 adjustable breakpoints available. TT with bootstrap 5 should have 6 or 7 screen preview presets, please update. Do a search on “bootstrap 5 breakpoints”.

The response/answer will be that TT is fine the way it is, of course. The reality is it’s outdated! And that is too bad, for TT is an excellent program with this exception. I thought maybe this was fixed with TT 8. Just dropped to position 2-3 in my list of programs. Please consider, THANKS

Hi there i want to (select) some text that i write, then highlighting the text (right mouse button click) to see the option: "Edit Html Source Code". Then it show some window that i see my writen text and i simply select and replace it with some html code.

It's been a while ive talked to you TemplateToaster about this feature that you should have.

Also i am not the only one that want this option. Proof of my saying:

I have buyed recently an other license of TemplateToaster, i hope that before my 1 year update expire; that this option will come very soon.

This is a "Must Have" look at the competitors, many of them make this option possible. Not having this option can make TemplateToaster loose money and loose customers interrest.

It's even possible that potential TemplateToaster customers, say to other potential customers: I cant "right mouse button click" on some selected item, then choose (Edit Html Source Code).

It's your choice if you want to loose money and loose international market money, just because of this option that is not available.

Hoping that this option gonna come real soon??

Bootstrap 4 now has 4 breakpoints and 5 view ports as standard. From less than 576px to over 1200px. TT only has 3 as standard. Please make TT8 to the standard 4/5 so we have better coverage over all devices.

Problems editing templates on SMS

Hello.After exporting templates to SMS for example on Wordpress some texts, parallax pictures, some objects are not visible, and some more pictures, some texts are displayed badly on the editor.Another problem is that for images, icons, you cannot add any pictures or icons.These problems are on other SMS. It would be nice to edit templates on SMS Wordpress, Joomla or other SMS without problems.

I might not be the only one asking for the possibility of editing the HTML source code. I know TT is basically for non-coders, but at certain occasions I'd be happy if I were given the chance of writing my own HTML code.

The way the themes work with TT you need to edit the existing Call Now plugins to appear on the mobile. I'd suggest adding this quick functionality to a mobile theme, with some basics features, like position, colors, phone number.

Auto Style and Auto Banner

Hi there

An excellent feature for TemplateToaster that i know would be great to have in TT for many peoples. In each tab's of TemplateToaster they would have "2 check mark box". One would be to checkmark to (On/Off) the option "Auto-Style".

What is "Auto-Style"?

Well when a customer is designing his/her way that the (Main Menu) or/and (Side Menu) show. The "current page" the user is onto, by checkmarking the square "Auto-Style" (turning it On); make all the other pages apply the same style for all the menu's on each pages.

What ever the page the customer is onto, when he/she make some changes and that the "Auto-Style" has a check mark into. It auto apply to all menu's. Uncheckmarking the "Auto-Style" square box, make the customers can design each pages as wanted also, but the changes are not made to the other webpages.

This "Auto-Style" feature make customers take less time in there designing of there (menu's). Like business peoples say: "Time is Money". So if a customer that want to make some website by a customer that have paid your TemplateToaster software. This will make the user of TT, take less time in the design process.

Also "Auto-Style" make the webpages be conform to the other pages and ergonomics, since it use the same style, same design, same colors and same images for the (menu's).

The option 2 is called "Auto-Banner".

What is the check box mark to turn to (On/Off) the word "Auto-Banner"?

"Auto-Banner" is an other feature that would be also very good into TemplateToaster. When the "Auto-Banner" check box is checked, then the "current page" the user is onto; then the (Banner-Zone or/and Slides-Zone) apply to all the other webpages. It is very similar to the option "Auto-Style", since the option "Auto-Banner" apply to it also to each pages.

What is the difference between the option "Auto-Style" and the option "Auto-Banner"?

Well when both "Auto-Style" and the option "Auto-Banner" has a checkmark into the small square box. The modifications on the "current page" apply the same design and components to each pages menu's and each banner-slides-zone.

When the customer do some changes on some current pages and that (only the "Auto-Style") box has a checkmark into. Then the pages has the same menu's. The user can change the banner zone of the pages he/she want, like put some banner, icons, images, colors, slides, etc.

This make the user have the same menu's on each pages and design the banner-slides-zone as wanted of each page.

When the square check box is checked (turned On) of only the option "Auto-Banner" then the customer making some changes on the current page; this auto apply the same (Banner-Slides-Zones Style) to the other webpages. Still can make some changes of the current pages menu's, that dont auto-apply to the other webpages.

I'm sure that many peoples would love these 2 features options put into each tabs!

auto-deactivated when uninstalled online

Hi there there is some bug, but it is more a feature request for all customers.

The Bug:

When i install TT software "without activated" it start great. But when i uninstall the software it give some error message saying "not deactivated properly"

Logically... How can a software be deactivated properly, when it have not been activated at all??

Now the feature i ask:

I have installed the latest 7.0.0.15602 version and activated with my activation number. I have try it offline. "It's Great it dont crash offline". Now i can recommend to my friends to buy Template Toasters License, because they can use it offline.

The feature i ask and i'm sure many customers would agree.

I'm gonna first give you this situation that many business peoples could do, that the percentage is not at zero that this situation dont happen.

The situation:

A customer uninstall Template Toaster, but the user forget to click before the uninstallation; to choose before the button "deactivate".

The customer is angry at TT because he/she must buy an other activation license number to activate it. Since it have been activated and forgotten to be deactivated, before to uninstall TT software.

Solution i recommend to make less desapointed customers of Template Toaster........

When a user is "online" (as when deactivating online), when the user "forget" to deactivate before uninstalling.

The uninstalling process "check" if the user is online, after check if the software is activated; then auto-deactivate if the customer have "forgotten to deactivate before uninstall".

I think many customers would love this feature. That the software auto-check in the uninstall process to deactivate TT software.

That would cause less customers frustrations to the peoples related to TT!

Save "Recent Color" in .ttr file

During a session with Template Toaster every selected color is registered under Theme Color / Recent Color. It would be nice if these "Recent Colors" are beeïng saved in the .ttr file. In this way during a next session these colors are again available.

Different button shapes for the menu. As it is we can choose different rectangles and oval-circles but how about hexagon, triangle teardrop to name a few :-)

Ich würde Euch bitten das Programm so zu gestalten, dass beim Export SSL-Links erzeugt werden. Viele User haben jetzt HTTPS-Verbindungen für ihre Page. Wenn fehlende HTTPS-Links erzeugt werden gibt es Fehler.
Beispiel für Google-Fonts:

TT7 Logo Toggle on/off feature missing in tablet & mobile view

I just noticed that in TT7 that you cannot set the logo in the header to "none" as you can in TT6. I've found this to be a really good feature in 6 since it allows me to use a custom image in the header (as a background image instead of a logo) when I create the mobile view of the template, mainly because the logo for some sites is too small in mobile view. It would be nice to have that functionality again, or, better yet, the ability to choose another logo entirely. As it stands, if I try to do what worked in 6 in version 7, it overlays the logo on the background image and then it keeps resizing the logo in the tablet view to be the same as the mobile view.

With all the forum software available the question is why??? This forum falls way short of the TT program! After the 1st answer it's blind and next to useless. If someone makes another comment no one see's it. It someone had a fix thru a support ticket we never know. The outdated user guide and unorthodox wording does not help things either. I'll save a search with a couple of links.

Eigentlich bin ich von der Funktionsvielfalt bei Version 7 etwas enttäuscht. Ich konnte keine neuen Funktionen feststellen. Ich hatte auf viele Verbesserungen insgeheim gehofft. Zum Beispiel:

Parallax Scrolling
Lightbox
ein verbessertes "Sticky-Menü", wie zum Beispiel das automatische verkleinern eines Logo bei aktiven Sticky-Menü
integration des Menüs im Header an der unteren Position (es ist nur oben möglich)
fixieren des Header mit Menü

Es gibt noch viele andere Sachen, die bisher nicht gekommen sind, obwohl das alles schon möglich und simpel ist.
