PrestaShop 9 The header and search box, logo, and image slider format layout is way off. search box don't work. Can you fix Template Toaster to work with PrestaShop 9 ?.

Template Toaster will not work for a PrestaShop 9 store. You quoted it will work on prestashop 9.

Once installed shows an error

When Exporting Blogger template a image folder and a fonts folder is crated.

The restore file for Blogger that is created is main.html and is the template file that is uploaded to my Blogger page.

How do I get the image to load?

The expiry date of my license is incorrect. It should be 2024-03-06 and not 2024-02-12.

I can't update my paid and not expired license for my templatetoaster version 8.1.0.20984 software, that will expire in one of the months of 2023.

It say that the application is UpToDate. But nothing have been downloaded to update itself and restart. I know because i click on the "about" and i see that when i restart the computer that it is still the same version.

I wonder if it is the software? Hope also that no other customers have the same issue as my self?

For some reason my previous saved templates from older version of TT8 is not displaying in preview correctly anymore in the newest version, the container is bigger and content all aligns right - creating horizontal scroll bars.

Installed TT8 on laptop & pc - every template I open if there is title/text at top it gets partially cut off

Just have to resize the text box & adjust position but it's an annoyance, just wondering why it's doing this? It's every template that has text in a text box at the top - menu items displays fine.

Edit: Actually I just checked and it does it on pc too, the text gets cut off.

Hello. How do i create dropdown menu in blogger?

I can add new buttons to menu, but i dont understand how to put page in sub menu, so you see it when pointing main button. In preview templates there is dropdown menu working well, but when i apply it to blogger i can only create main menu buttons, without submenu. Is there some symbol i should add before page name like it made on some other templates from internet like "-" or "_"?

Why has the pro license reached a limit? All of a sudden I get that error and I have not installed it on more than two computers. How to fix that error? I need to use the program before the weekend so it's in a hurry.

After installing last version 8.0.0.20621 of TT it freeze and stops with working. Also there is no menu items under tabs: body, container, header etc..

Have anyone same problems with last version and how to solve?

I have uninstalled this version and tried to install version what was installed before, but I get same result. Whole software freeze and have no menu items.

When I have deleted all pages except Home and Blog, the Title and Slogan for the Blog page are disabled and it is not possible to enter a Title or slogan on the Blog page. When adding a new page, the Title and Slogan check boxes are enabled again. Then it is possible to enter a Title and slogan, but when the template is exported, the text is gone.

The text on the mobile tab affects the text on the Desktop tab and vice versa. When I make the text smaller on the mobile tab, the text on the Desktop tab becomes just as small.

If I close TT8 and open the template again, all the text for the title and slogan on the blog tab is gone.

It really feels like a bug. If not, I need instructions on how to make this work.

Exactly the same content is displayed different in two different positions. MBModulePosition and Content. Is there any setting I can use to make the contents of the two positions appear identical? I am most interested in Block Quote being displayed equally in the two different positions.

Should a Module Position stop working when a sidebar is present in a Joomla template? Positions above content such as CAModulePosition and positions that you can create yourself in the same area stop working when you add a sidebar. Is it a bug or should it work that way?

Upgrade from version 7.0.0.18655 to 8.0.0.20026 problems

After being busy with other projects I am back to working on my website. The last version I had installed was 7.0.0.18655. I tried to install the latest version 8.0.0.20026 and upon opening my template, portions of the background designs had been purged, (turned to blank white) etc.

The design of my pull down menus were also purged and now they are blank white with thin text. I reverted back to version 7.0.0.18655 and the background patterns returned however the colors and other settings for the pull-down menus are still blank white.

Is it possible I was not to install the current version into my existing Version 7 programs folder, as the software was going to create a new additional Version 8 folder within the program files folder.

Template Toaster Slow to Respond

When I first start working on a template the program runs fine, but then as I make various changes the program gets slower and slower. Sometimes I will try to change the color of something or edit text and it will taking a very long time to actually make the change (30 seconds or longer, sometimes a couple minutes). It is really frustrating.

I can run Photoshop and Illustrator fine, but Template Toaster moves as fast as a sloth. My computer has 20 GB of RAM and I have an AMD CPU with 12 cores with 3.5 GHz.

I working on the new theme for my shop but I can't find a way to edit the colors for the "Clear All" button in the sidebar becasue right now you can't read what it's written on it.

I tryed to edit the button in Elements > Button but that don't work... where can I edit the text color or the background for it?

I find myself with a phantom page. This keeps happening. When it happened the first time, I decided to restart my template from scratch. But it just happened to me again, and it happened to me on the same page. I create a new page by cloning an existing page. I have a print portfolio page, a digital portfolio page, and so on. It's the digital that's doing this to me. So again, I create the page by cloning then giving the name Digital to the page. I hit save and nothing happens. I try it again and it says the name is taken. So the page exists but I don't see it anywhere. Very frustrating! I had started over my template for nothing.

My second attempt at the template is turning out worse that before. When I try to create a third page (photography) that page doesn't show up either. Again, I cloned from the first page I made (print).

It only seems to happen when I clone a page, which isn't very convenient because I shouldn't have to keep rebuilding a page from scratch that has the exact same layout.

Seems there is something going on with the contact form. To my knowledge I set it up correctly, namely I input the email address I want the message to be sent to in the Admin Email. I tested it out by previewing the page and trying to submit, but nothing happens when I do. I decided to look at the code for the page, and there is no mailto: code - and my email address doesn't get added to the code. Is there something I'm missing here?

Changing link colours/decoration doesn't work

Changing the link colours doesn't work. I go to Elements - Links to change them, like I'm supposed to. The colour is still the default blue colour. I tried hand-coding them in the CSS but that doesn't work either. What's strange is that when I use underline as the text decoration, the underline is the colour I set it to but the text is still the default blue.I also set the hover and visited links to be underlined but that doesn't appear to be working either.

I can manually change the link colour, of course. But this isn't acceptable. I shouldn't have to change the colour manually for every single link in the website. Right now I'm creating my portfolio website, but what if I were creating a template for a client? They probably won't know enough about websites to go and change all their link colours manually.

I am working on a Wordpress theme.

Update: I also tried setting links in under General - Typography. Doesn't work either. In fact, the more I try to set the styles for different parts of the website, the more things don't work. I just tried to set the typography for the footer text and links and nothing is happening.

I even started a fresh file to see if that would make a difference. It doesn't. In fact, if I try to make a link in a piece of text, the whole line of text turns into the same colour as the link (the default blue).

I think I just bought myself a whole load of frustration when I bought TT, thinking it would make my life easier.

I recently bought a new laptop.

On my previous laptop I have installed (and working):

Xampp
Wordpress

And I have made a live / running website.

On my NEW laptop, I try to install Xampp, Wordpress in order to maintain my website.

What I have tried / done is:

- via PHPmyadmin make an export of the live database of the website. This was succesfull
- installed Xampp. This is succesfull.
- via PHPmyadmin on my new laptop, import the database from my live website (db347172_........sql file). This is also succesfull.

Now I try to run the localhost in order to maintain the website.

However: xampp / localhost does not find anything. I do not know how to proceed and I have tried 'everything'.

Can anybode please help me out?

Joomla mega menu on home always to the left

Hi Team, When the horizontal mega menu is set to be centred and you open the website to home (default) the menu starts on the left and the sub menu items are all stacked under each other. Only when you click on a different menu does the menu centre it's self. Any suggestions. FYI I have the latest of everything. Cheers Adi.

So, my issue is that I have to use a kludge workaround to build my site with a placeholder image and separately change it out at my hosting server side, including the editing of an html tag on the page desired because this software is designed to exclude use of a common internet standard image format. If by "CMS end" they mean my hosting server end, then how many people who need to use a WYSIWYG website tool have access to add plugins there?

So how do I access this "CMS end" of the software, and where might I find such a third party plugin to correct this defect in the Template Toaster software?

Slideshow transitions not working in WordPress??

I recently made the switch from Artisteer to TT and loving the program though I've run into an issue...

I've created a template from scratch and added a Slideshow... the transitions look great in TT but when I export and upload them to WordPress the behavior is much less than desirable... most transitions move in some direction as they fade to light grey / white then BAM - the next slide appears. If I set it to no transition there is a distracting flash almost every time the slide changes.
I've checked for updates and am on version 7.0.0.16621... WordPress is also up to date...
