Would you please doing a technical comparison between TemplateToaster and Joomla?

And is it possible to restrict the user accesses to each page on the designed website independently
by using TemplateToaster?

And what about the security of the designed website by TemplateToaster?

TemplateToaster and Joomla are two different things. Joomla is the CMS(Content Management System) where as the
TemplateToaster is meant for designing themes, it is the theme/template designing software.
The restriction for the user accesses to each page on the designed website independently is possible from the CMS or backend.

But,what about Artisteer and TemplateToaster? I think Template Toaster
have some features very new and inventive in comparison with Artisteer.
