How Do I Make A Custom Menu Link?

I need to create a menu link that links out to a custom URL page instead of a page made by Template Toaster. I have a page on my site created outside of template toaster that I need to link to. I also need to link to my blog as well and it is not within this template toaster theme.

Currently TemplateToaster does not provide option to add custom menu link  for HTML template. For the time you need to manually add the custom menu link within exported folder.
