submenu items not displaying in any of the widget area

Good Day

When I use a Menu Widget that I want to insert (from within WordPress) in any of the existing Template Toaster widget areas like Menu Above or Menu Below widget areas, the submenu items are not displayed. It only displays the Top Level Menu items. this always worked in Artisteer or other Wordpress templates. I specifically bought TT because I wanted to achieve this,. Does anyone know what to do?
