how to delete content in footer

The "start from scratch" footer contains a row with 4 columns. I can change the column to 1 column but then there are 3 additional rows. Is there a way to actually delete the additional columns, add or substract rows in the footer (add rows is gray when I double click the text area.)

TemplateToaster provide option to add/delete footer cell, to delete the footer cells please follow the steps provided below.

Go to TemplateToaster -> Now, select the cell you want to delete

Now, Go to Footer Tab -> footer cell -> Click on minus(-) icon.
