Version 7 missing Responsive Tab?

Latest version 7.0.0.1214 Aug 9th and I don't see the Responsive Tab.

Missing something ???

In TemplateToaster version 7, Responsive layout option is provided in General Tab.

Go To General Tab -> Website Preferences -> A Popup Box will appear ->Select checkbox for Responsive Layout
