Exported WP theme with content not displaying correctly (Footer borders)

Question

Hi,

This is my first play with Wordpress themes with content. I don't know anything about Wordpress either.

The first problem is I have style 3 footer widget areas with borders. They display in TT but fail to display correctly in preview or when exported.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
