how to design format post with visual editor?

Need your support. this is  job I always meet again and again on my project.so that why need you support. 

I want to do on themplatetoaster without code on post format. 

I mean that. on category example "tip"  it's list blog about tip when I click on content it's list detail and include relative topic below
