How to add font resizer buttons to frontend

Please tell me how to add funktionality on frontend to change font size like  this on screenshot attached?

I tried jfontsize modul too, but doesn't work with my tt template. If you click on the larger or smaller icon, nothing happend. Module available right here: http://extensions.joomla.org/extension/jfontsize

Please advise!
