Joomla template doesn't show Print, Email icons and Create date

TemplateToaster Joomla template doesn't show Print, Email icons and Create date. Only articles which have "read more" section shows Modify Date!? When I switch to another template (not TemplateToaster) everything is shown correctly...

Please make sure "Show metadata" is enabled at TemplateToaster -> Content -> Post -> Post properties -> Show metadata.
