:) Well, let me tell you what Template Toaster can do:
Template Toaster (TT) can create templates for CMS like Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla.
To create a custom CMS that means to create something else than Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla.
You can create a Custom CMS with Drupal or MODX but I warn you, is not easy, there are many things you have to take in consideration and you have to have good knowledge of PHP,JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AJAX etc etc.
TT is JUST to create templates (for Wordpress, Joomla, Magento, Drupal)
